Terms of Service

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms set out the rights, duties and responsibilities between HSL ("the Company") and users in connection with the 'YumYum Words' app.

Article 2 — Publication and amendment of the terms

1. The Company posts these terms inside the app so that users can read them easily.

2. The Company may amend these terms within the limits of applicable law, announcing the effective date and the reason for the change alongside the current terms.

Article 3 — Provision and modification of the service

1. The Company provides the word-learning game service and related information.

2. The Company may change the content of the service to be provided under future agreements, for instance when technical specifications change.

Article 4 — Suspension of the service

The Company may temporarily suspend the service in the event of maintenance, replacement or failure of computing and telecommunications equipment, or a loss of connectivity.

Article 5 — Registration and withdrawal

1. This service does not require registration.

Article 6 — Duties of the user

1. Users must not do any of the following:

- Register false information when applying or making changes

- Misappropriate another person's information

- Alter information published by the Company

- Transmit or post information other than that permitted by the Company (computer programs and the like)

Article 7 — Copyright and restrictions on use

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in works created by the Company belong to the Company.

2. Users must not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast or otherwise exploit for commercial purposes any information obtained through the service, nor allow a third party to do so, without the Company's prior consent.

Article 8 — Disputes and jurisdiction

1. The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to disputes between the Company and users.

2. Jurisdiction over litigation arising from use of this service is determined under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
